1100 Ludlow at East Market

SSH Real Estate represented the ownership group East Market with the leasing of 1100 Ludlow Street in Philadelphia, PA. Upon receiving the assignment, SSH’s leasing team created a full marketing plan to lease the entire building. The building was completely renovated with a new façade, elevators, bathrooms and situated to be leased to tenants looking for high-end creative office spaces. The building is the only Class-A loft-style building available for lease east of Broad Street. SSH’s Construction Management was activity involved in the fit-outs of the tenants’ suites. During the renovation, many tenants were retained to lease the building including: WeWork, The Design Center of Philadelphia, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, Wodify, and Laffey, Bucci & Kent, among others.
