SSH represented the Teamsters Union Local 115 in the sale of their headquarters and union hall at 2833 Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia. As part of the assignment, SSH also represented The Teamsters in the purchase of their new location at 10965 Decatur Road in Philadelphia. SSH reviewed and analyzed all due diligence items for the Teamsters Union Local.
